The Mandate: We are looking for an engineer who fears race conditions more than deadlines. You will own the architecture of the Veracity Engine, ensuring that millions of financial transactions per hour are reconciled with zero leakage.

The Responsibility:

  • Engineer high-concurrency settlement layers for national clearinghouses.

  • Optimize database locking strategies to prevent “dirty reads” during peak fiscal velocity.

  • Write audit-proof code that serves as the legal source of truth for sovereign funds.

The Discipline:

  • 7+ Years in Java/Spring Boot or Golang.

  • Deep understanding of ACID compliance and distributed transaction patterns (Saga/2PC).

  • Experience with high-throughput messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

Department: Commumax Division Location: Maadi HQ, Cairo

The Mandate: Commumax ingests terabytes of signal data daily. Your job is to ensure that the noise is filtered, and the signal is preserved. You will build the pipelines that predict national grid failures before they happen.

The Responsibility:

  • Design and maintain massive time-series data pipelines (Ingest -> Process -> Store).

  • Optimize query performance for real-time dashboards used by national command centers.

  • Work with “Spectral Intelligence” logic to detect micro-anomalies in network performance.

The Discipline:

  • Expertise in Time-Series Databases (InfluxDB, TimescaleDB, or Prometheus).

  • Strong background in Python and lower-level data processing (Rust/C++ is a plus).

  • Experience with ELK Stack or Splunk at an enterprise scale.

 

Department: Maestro Division Location: Maadi HQ, Cairo

The Mandate: We do not build marketing websites; we build the cockpits for national operators. We need an architect who can translate complex, multi-layered institutional logic into a user interface that is dangerously simple.

The Responsibility:

  • Architect the component libraries for the Maestro FSM and BPM suites.

  • Focus on “Information Density” without clutter—enabling a single operator to govern 12,000 field assets.

  • Ensure absolute rendering performance; lag is not acceptable in a control room.

The Discipline:

  • Mastery of React.js / Vue.js and State Management (Redux/Pinia).

  • Deep understanding of Data Visualization (D3.js / ECharts).

  • A portfolio showing complex enterprise dashboards, not just consumer apps.

Department: MTS Labs / Core Ops Location: Maadi HQ, Cairo

The Mandate: “Uptime” is a metric for startups. “Resilience” is the metric for nations. You will be the custodian of the production environments that support the region’s critical infrastructure.

The Responsibility:

  • Manage the hybrid-cloud deployments for Government and Banking clients.

  • Automate the “Kill Switch” protocols and disaster recovery drills.

  • Eliminate “Configuration Drift” across hundreds of sovereign nodes.

The Discipline:

  • Deep Linux internals knowledge.

  • Kubernetes (K8s) administration at scale.

  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible) is your native language.

Department: Quality Assurance Location: Maadi HQ, Cairo

The Mandate: Your job is to break what we build before the world does. You will design the stress tests that simulate national-scale loads, ensuring that our systems fail gracefully in the lab so they never fail in the field.

The Responsibility:

  • Build automated test frameworks for the Finaworx Gate interchange.

  • Simulate “Black Swan” events (network cuts, massive transaction spikes) to test system rigidity.

  • Enforce a strict “Quality Gate” in the CI/CD pipeline—if it isn’t proven, it doesn’t ship.

The Discipline:

  • Strong coding ability in Java/Python (you are a developer who tests).

  • Experience with Load Testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, k6).

  • A cynical mindset towards “Happy Path” testing.
